Returns
You have 7 days from receipt of your purchase to make an exchange. To be accepted it must meet the following requirements without exception:
The product must be in perfect condition without having been used or washed.
The product must be with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
For hygienic reasons products that fall into the category of Briefs and Bottoms are not accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE / FINAL SALE.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on international orders.
The order must have been made at www.calomel.co with order #.
Only 1 exchange per item will be allowed. Shipping costs will always be charged to the buyer. Once we have received your email with all the information and the item arrives to the address indicated, we will proceed to make the requested exchange.
Send us an email to info@calomel.co with the subject «EXCHANGE #0000» indicating your order number, first name, last name, model, color, size. You will have to send us the item to the following address:

Purchases made with the use of discount codes or automatic discounts cannot be returned.
In the event of faulty product, you have 48 hours from receipt of order to contact us by email to info@calomel.co with the subject «FAULT #0000» indicating the problem and photographic evidence.
Shipping and Payment
All items remain the property of CALOMEL until payment of the total invoice is effective. The price applied is the one found on the web at the date and time the order was placed, including shipping costs. All information is sent encrypted with SSL security certificate.
After choosing your garment and completing the order by selecting the desired size and color, you will be taken to the payment screen. For the discount code to be applied, you must enter the code in the field provided and click on the «apply» button.
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They can be used online or redeemed in stores (please consult). The customer receives a digital discount card of the chosen value.
Domestic and international orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. The buyer will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.
CALOMEL is not responsible for possible delays in delivery or products lost during delivery. Shipping and price information may be subject to change without notice.
